BackgroundThe age of onset MS appears to influence the course disease progression and people with younger might have a different disability trajectory.ObjectivesTo identify longitudinal patterns progression, as measured by changes in Multiple Sclerosis Functional Composite (MSFC), young drug trials estimate extent which differ two groups (≤25 years 26 – 35 years).MethodsData from Outcomes Assessment Consortium (MSOAC) was used. Longitudinal on MSFC were identified using group-based trajectory models (GBTM). For difference between expected observed proportions pediatric-onset chi-square statistic Linear mixed used average change performance over time, sex.ResultsGBTM results showed little variability time. Mixed modeling that group performed better for gait speed, dexterity, cognition.
